The city tax is €3 per person and per night. Children under 12 are exempt. This tax is charged on top of the rental price.
A House deposit of 300€ will be charged. It must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. After inspection of the house, the deposit will be refunded within 1 weeks after check-out.
This is a self-service vaction house during your stay. We believe in kindness and honesty in human nature. Therefore, we highly count on your self-discipline to maintain the good order of all facilities. In case of things broken/damage by accident, we fully trust your self-responsibility to inform us for settlement. The housekeeper arranges end cleaning. While checking out, [please do the basic cleaning ( incl remove the bed-sheets, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, rubbish in trash bag etc ).Common sense and respect to other neighbours, quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All area of the house is completely non-smoking. Please respect our non-smoking policy. To guarantee a smoke-free environment to all our guests, we ask for a €100 compensation if we discover traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarettebutts...).No cigarettebutts left behind in front of the door and on the street.

Check-in: from 16: 00h to 24:00h, Check-out: until 11:00h. For your convenience, we do not work with a key but with an access code valid only during the duration of your stay. If you wish to drop off your luggage earlier or leave it later, this is possible. However, we ask that you contact us in advance. There may be additional charges for on-site storage. It is free of charge to store your luggage at our other accommodation 600 meters away.
