A House deposit of 200€ will be charged for long stay ( >6 nights). It must be paid at the latest 7 days before arrival. After inspection of the house, the deposit will be refunded within 1 weeks after your stay.
This is a self-service apartment during your stay. We believe in kindness and honesty in human nature. Therefore, we highly count on your self-discipline to maintain the good order of all facilities. While checking out, [please do the basic cleaning ( incl remove the bed-sheets, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, rubbish in trash bag etc ).Common sense and respect to other guests in the same building, quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. Due to wooden floor structure, please walk softly when you stay in the units above ground floor.All apartments are completely non-smoking. Please respect our non-smoking policy. To guarantee a smoke-free environment to all our guests, we ask for a €100 compensation if we discover traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarettebutts...).No cigarettebutts left behind in front of the door and on the street.

Check-in is between 16:00 to 24:00, check-out before 11:00. Please inform us about expected arrival hour beforehand or if you have special hour requested , we will try best to accommodate. Luggage drop-off and luggage storage are possible in the hallway of the building which is at free of charge. Please note that there is not front desk in the building to supervise the luggage. The front door is remotely open with smarthome system when checking-in. Therefore, we need you to sms/call/Whatsapp us to the number listed in the check-in instruction while you are standing in front of the door(essentially important). Once inside the house an appartment door and front door key will be provided, located in keybox next to appartment door (Apartment Brabo and Studio Smurfen). They keys for Sinjoren appartement are located inside the appartment. This door will be openend remotely when checking-in.
